Colombia Luminosa V2 - NATURAL is produced by Alexander Vargas and his son Arley on their family farm, La Piragua, in Huila, Colombia.

For more than 20 years, the Vargas family has cultivated exceptional specialty coffee, earning recognition as four-time Cup of Excellence finalists. Their dedication to sustainable farming, precise fermentation management, and meticulous processing shines through in every harvest.

This Pink Bourbon lot undergoes a natural process, where the coffee cherry is dried with the fruit still intact. The result is a vibrant and expressive cup with a rich, syrupy body and layered fruit complexity.

Part of our Luminosa V2 release, this coffee is available alongside its companion offering, Colombia Luminosa V2 Washed. Produced on the same farm, by the same family, from the same Pink Bourbon variety and harvest, these coffees differ only in their processing method. Few opportunities exist to compare two coffees with so many variables held constant. Enjoy them side-by-side to experience firsthand how processing shapes flavor, body, sweetness, and aroma in the final cup.
